What Operating Systems do you offer?

We offer 25+ Linux & Windows templates as well as another 25+ premade one click applications stacks. You may also attach a custom ISO image to the VM. Please note that with Windows and some applications stacks you may need to purchase separeate license.

Where are your server located?

At the moment we offer servers in Vint Hill - United States, Montreal - Canada, Gravelines/Roubaix - France however, this depends on the product and available stock at the selected location. We also have plans to expand across other locations and continents in the future.

Is my bandwidth unlimited?

Absolutely! You may use as much bandwidth as you please.

What is burstable bandwidth?

Burstable bandwidth is automatic on demand bandwidth port speed increase in case your experience traffic spikes on your server. Example: Increase of users on your web application. You may use burstable bandwidth when available.

How many IPs do I receive with my VPS server?

With each VPS you receive 1 Dedicated IPv4 and 1 Dedicated IPv6. Additional IPv4s can be purchased for additional fee of 4.99€ per IP per month. At the moment we do not offer extra IPv6's.

Can I upgrade my VPS?

Yes, you can upgrade your VPS at anytime by submitting a ticket.

Is DDOS Protection included?

Of course! We gurnatee to mitigate 100% of DDOS attacks according to ours SLA Policy. More information can be found here on our DDOS Protection page .

What is a web hosting?

A web hosting service allows you to store your website files or applications on a server so that your website can be viewed online.

Do I share resources with other clients?

Yes, your website is hosted on multi-tenant server infrastructure, which means resoruces are shared with other clients too. However, we implement state of the art software called CloudLinux which allows us to limit and isolate each client in it's own container in order to guarantee top tier performance for each client.

Are backups included?

Yes, we offer multiple tiers of backups. Daily, Weekly and Monthly. With Daily backups we keep 30 rotations, with Weekly, we keep 24 rotations and with Monthly, we keep 12 rotations. In case your plan includes more then one Backup tier, it means you are granted rotations from all included tiers. Example: John has a plan with Weekly and Monthly backups, which means his Weekly backups will be kept for 24 rotations and Monthly for 12.

Where are your server located?

What are entry processes?

An Entry Process (EP) Limit represents the maximum number of entries into LVE. A new process enters LVE when there is an HTTP request for CGI/PHP and the process counter increments.
